Product Introduction: TM-A55.5-15.5TR
The ultrasonic transducer utilizes piezoelectric effect to convert electricity to mechanical vibration and form ultrasonic waves. Therefore no coil is contained and electromagnetic interference can be greatly reduced. The ultrasonic wave has excellent directivity and strong penetrability, and is interfered by neither the dust and electromagnetic fields in the air, nor the color and temperature at object surfaces.

D.PACKAGE:
1) Product Packaging Requirements: Paper cartons should be stacked diagonally with neat alignment, without deformation, damage, or dirt. The sealing tape should be applied flat and firmly, with no obvious uneven edges, lifting, etc. Labels should be uniformly positioned, without dirt, lifting, or obvious tilting.
2) Product Packaging Specifications:
a. Vacuum-formed box size: 350mm*240mm*27mm
b. Inner packaging: 355mm*245mm*220mmc. Outer packaging: 520mm*380mm*245mmd. Each box contains 100pcs of products, each carton contains 1100pcs of products. The outer packaging carton contains 2200pcs of products.
3) Product Storage Method: The stacking method for products is diagonal top-to-bottom parallel stacking, avoiding staggered stacking. When placing on pallets, paper cartons must not extend beyond the pallet edges.
E.Notes
1) This product can only be used in gaseous environments and cannot be used in liquids.
2) When conducting environment-related tests on the product, tests must be performed under short-circuit conditions as required.
3) If spraying exceeds once, it must be done under short-circuit conditions.
4) During the assembly process of the product, if the positive and negative lead wires need to be touched, it is strictly prohibited to straighten the lead wires into a taut state.
5) To prevent accidents caused by work failure, the secondary product design should include a failure prevention function.
6) If an outer casing is to be added to this product, a soft rubber gasket must be used between the casing and the sensor. To avoid affecting the sensor's vibration, the front end face of the sensor must remain free; otherwise, the sensor performance will change.
7) To prevent sensor failure, work failure, or performance degradation, avoid using this product under the following or similar conditions:
a. Severe impact or vibration;
b. Long-term exposure to high temperature and high humidity environments;
c. In corrosive gases, liquids, or sea breeze;
d. In environments with dissolvable organic substances;
e. In dusty environments;
f. Exceeding the allowed input voltage.
8) To prevent additional stress on the leads, do not apply external force to leads that have just been soldered. If it is necessary to do so, first clamp the root of the lead.
9) The quality guarantee period is one year from the date of product delivery. Within the guarantee period, defective sensors caused by the manufacturer's responsibility can be replaced free of charge. The following situations are not covered by the guarantee:
a. Improper use or handling by the user;
b. Modifications or repairs performed by the user;
c. Any other situations not the manufacturer's responsibility, such as natural disasters, accidents, etc.
This quality guarantee applies only to product replacement. Any losses caused by sensor failure or invalidity and the costs of replacing products are not covered by this guarantee.

Brief Description of Angle Test:
X Direction
1. Fix the product on the test fixture and adjust the fixture angle to 0 degrees, then read the echo sensitivity △t value using an oscilloscope;
2. Rotate the test fixture to position 1 to the left, making the echo sensitivity half of the △t value, and read the test fixture angle X1 value;
3. Rotate the test fixture to position 4 to the right, making the echo sensitivity half of the △t value, and read the test fixture angle X2 value;
4. Calculate the X direction angle value as X1 + X2.
Y Direction
1. Perform the test following the method of X direction angle test.
